It started with two people arriving at the same problem from opposite directions: one spent years in construction, watching good work get lost to bad process. The other spent a career in technology and kept noticing that the trades had been handed tools built for someone else entirely.
Two directions, one gap.
On the construction side, the frustration was watching solid work get undone by process — jobs slipping because there weren't enough hours in the day to chase every callback. On the technology side, it was seeing serious, high-revenue businesses running on software clearly designed with someone else in mind.
